It is my experience that leaders in industry and the military can make the right decision if they have the requisite information in a timely manner. If the first layer of intelligence analysis is completed for their review, they are more likely to make the right decision, because they have more time thinking critically than collating and sifting through reams of data. Time is the constraint that forces a bad or no decision. That is when an opportunity is lost.
